How to read this: each row is one event. "From" is the first observed Pinnacle moneyline in the window; "To" is the most recent. The per-side deltas are the cents moved (US-format); the Move (pp) column is the bigger side's shift in implied-probability points, which is how the board is ranked. A 2 to 3 point move is meaningful; a larger one usually signals an injury, news, or coordinated sharp action ("steam move"). Ranking by probability points rather than raw cents keeps a proportionally-trivial wobble on a heavy favorite (say -3400 drifting to -3100) from outranking a genuine move, and the 1-point noise floor filters routine micro-adjustments.
