We classify ProphetX as Exchange (slow cadence) which means we expect a new observation within 120s under healthy operation. Observations between 120s and 360s are flagged "degraded". Between 360s and 900s we mark "breach" and page an operator. Beyond 900s the source is "stale" and we typically pause comparisons against it until it recovers.
