Mechanics: pass regions=uk,eu to any odds endpoint and each game's bookmakers list carries the books active in those regions. Credits meter as markets multiplied by regions, so a two-region three-market request costs six credits; request only the regions your product actually shows.
Soccer is the deepest international surface, with league-specific sport keys such as soccer_epl and historical game-line coverage spanning 22 soccer leagues in the archive. Region availability varies by book and sport, so the free coverage diagnostics are the honest first stop before you build around a specific book.
Gaps, stated plainly: Betfair Exchange is not carried. Exchange-style coverage today is Novig and ProphetX, plus prediction markets through Kalshi and Polymarket. If your project needs Betfair specifically, ParlayAPI is not the right tool yet.
